The RX-178 Gundam Mk-II, the black Gundam that symbolizes the power of the Titans, is the first Gundam from "Mobile Suit Z Gundam" to join Bandai's "Robot Damashii Ver. A.N.I.M.E." action-figure lineup! The RX-178 Gundam Mk-II is a general-purpose prototype machine developed exclusively for the Titans by Earth Federation engineers, and was a successor to the original Gundam. Three prototypes were built, but the third crashed during a test inside Green Noah 1. Camille Bidan, who had a dispute with the Titans, stole it, and Unit 02 as well; he then joined the anti-Earth Federation organization known as AEGO.

This action figure faithfully reproduces the Mk-II's proportions; its neck, chest and abdomen have a wide range of motion to allow for natural tilting, twisting and warping; its elbows are also highly flexible. The internal frame expands and contracts when the knees are bent, allowing for natural movement. It's equipped with a beam rifle, shield, hyper bazooka, Vulcan pod system, and beam saber; numbering parts are included to display it as Emma Sheen's unit 01, or Kacricon Cacooler's unit 02. The shield is movable and transforms into a short shield; a spare E-pack can be attached to the back of the shield.
